Brodie, a Catahoula Leopard dog Terrier/Pit Bull mix is an affectionate, super loyal boy at Austin Pets Alive! who’s looking for that special person he can love and protect. He can be timid when first meeting a stranger, but once this special guy bonds with a person, he’s a one-person dog.
Brodie loves toys, but even more he loves getting love and attention from that special person and is happy to give abundant love in return. He’s a snuggler who likes to curl up in a tiny ball to relax. He also knows how to work, though. You will be impressed by this boy’s intelligence! He is crate trained and seems very housetrained. He knows “sit,” “shake,” “other paw,” “down,” “roll over,” “stay,” and “up,” in both Spanish and English.
Brodie will do best as the only pet in a calm adult-only home with moderately active people who can give him exercise and that love he wants and needs. If that sounds like you, visit the APA! website to get acquainted with this beautiful boy.
