Desired Outcomes:

  • Drive the digital marketing and revenues of a natural/organic consumer products portfolio with an excellent knowledge of the ecommerce industry
  • Manage, develop and mentor junior marketing team, developer, and external service providers
  • Create strategies and competitive analysis along with plans to gain share
  • Have personal knowledge &/or interest in products with natural, organic, health & wellness, holistic, and/or pet focus is strongly preferred
  • Perform customer segmentation & better define the product family value proposition
  • Develop strategy to grow social media fanbase resulting in relationship building, brand expansion & loyalty
  • Set priorities and delegate responsibilities to appropriate team members
  • Make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business activities
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and development team members to design and deliver products that launch successfully and are quickly profitable
  • Measure, analyze & report on multichannel and integrated marketing campaigns

 

This Person Must Have:

  • Extensive knowledge and current experience in SEO, SEM, Link Building, Email Marketing, Social, Referral, and Affiliate Marketing (a plus)
  • Excellent technical abilities and analytical skills, with deep understanding of ecommerce and current online marketing best practices
  • Expertise with deploying multi-channel consumer products and 5+ years of experience with ecommerce required
  • Strong and broad analytical skill set and critical thinking for site/​campaign optimization​
  • Launched products that were commercially successful and been a key player in a company that ramped revenues from sub $1M to north of $10M  (highly preferred) or related growth
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to evangelize Wondercide’s brand and products internally and externally
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, implementation and execution
  • Desire and ability to provide an outstanding customer experience and go the extra mile in everything you do
  • Confident experience in demand generation best practices and technologies
  • Strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial drive
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, pride and thoroughness in completing work tasks
  • Experience performing customer segmentation and identifying the appropriate verticals to approach with a message
  • Current knowledge of google best practices, Ecommerce tools and technologies
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer acquisition costs
  • Inbound Marketing strategies and technologies experience preferred
